Introduction

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding document between you ("Member") and Cast Fashion Style ("Platform"). By submitting the registration form on https://castfashionstyle.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

1. Membership Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to become a member of Cast Fashion Style.
  • If you provide false information about your age, your membership will be terminated immediately upon discovery.

2. Public Profile and Data Sharing

  • By submitting the registration form, you consent to your profile being publicly visible on the platform. This includes your name, age, contact information (email and WhatsApp), photos, videos, and any other data you upload.
  • Once uploaded, profile data cannot be hidden or deleted without prior approval from Cast Fashion Style.

3. Platform Rights

  • Cast Fashion Style reserves the right to approve or reject any membership application without providing a reason.
  • The platform may modify platform rules, membership processes, and pricing without prior notice.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

  • All payments made for memberships are non-refundable. Once a payment is completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
  • Payment is required before profile creation and submission of the registration form.

5. Member Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during registration.
  • You must not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities on the platform.

6. Communication and Content Usage

  • By becoming a member, you consent to communication via WhatsApp or email for updates and notifications.
  • Cast Fashion Style reserves the right to use profile data and images for promotional purposes.

7. Disclaimer

  • Cast Fashion Style is not a casting agency and does not guarantee any casting opportunities for members.

8. Termination of Membership

  • Members may request termination via email or WhatsApp, but fees will not be refunded.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Turkey.
