This Payment and Refund Terms Agreement ("Agreement") applies to all users ("Member") who register on the Cast Fashion Style ("Company") website ("Web Site"). This Agreement sets forth the terms for membership payments and refund policies. By registering on the Web Site, you agree to the terms specified in this Agreement.
1 - Payment Terms:
1.1. Membership Plans: Members can choose one of the three membership plans offered on the Web Site: Basic Plan, Professional Plan, Elite Plan.
The Basic Plan is now paid.
1.2. Payment Method: Membership fees are securely processed through the PayTR payment system. Members must provide their name and address information
during the payment process.
1.3. Payment Process: Membership begins upon the selection of the membership plan and completion of the payment process. Once the payment process is successfully completed, the user is redirected to the
Cast Fashion Style registration form page.
2 - Refund Policy:
2.1. No Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable. Members should carefully read the membership terms before making a payment.
2.2. Service Cancellation: The Company reserves the right to cancel membership in case of providing incorrect or incomplete information.
In such cases, no refund will be issued.
3 - Member Obligations:
3.1. Providing Accurate Information: Members are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information in the registration form. In case of providing incorrect or incomplete information, the Company reserves the right to
cancel the membership and no refund will be issued.
3.2. Uploading Photos and Content: Members can upload photos and other content to the Web Site according to their membership plan. Members represent that they own the
copyrights or have the rights to use the content they upload.
4 - Company Rights and Obligations:
4.1. Providing Services: The Company is obliged to provide services in accordance with the selected membership plan.
4.2. Service Changes: The Company reserves the right to make changes to the services offered on the Web Site.
